As Finance Manager at Parallax, you’ll be the operational backbone of our CMS contract, translating strategy into structure and ensuring every dollar supports the mission. Reporting to our CFO Advisor, you’ll take ownership of payroll execution, invoice prep, reconciliation, and real-time reporting. You won’t be buried in spreadsheets, you’ll be running point on the financial systems that keep our operation sharp, compliant, and future-ready.

Background Check

Role Details

Core Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and on schedule using ADP
Support invoice preparation and cash flow coordination
Maintain and refine financial dashboards + reporting tools
Track costs, margins, and burn rates with real-time visibility
Collaborate with HR and program leadership on staffing finance
Assist with audit prep, tax coordination, and system documentation
Report directly to CFO Advisor and execute aligned priorities

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field required.
2-5 years of related experience required.
Contracting experience preferred
Knowledge of a managing financial dashboard required
This is a remote position
Experience with creating and presenting client facing reports required
Bachelor's degree required in one of the following fields: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Mathematics, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
