Parallax is scaling fast and we’re looking for a Recruiter who can move with purpose. In this role, you’ll drive the full recruiting lifecycle for our CMS call center program, supporting large-scale hiring with speed, strategy, and a people-first mindset. You’ll own outreach, screening, and candidate experience, while partnering closely with HR, operations, and leadership to keep our staffing pipeline full and compliant. Interview
You’ll go through two rounds of interviews, one focused on your experience and skills, and the other on mindset and alignment. Virtual Offer Session
If we both feel it’s a strong match, we’ll send you a formal offer to review. You’ll have the opportunity to accept or decline, and we’re happy to answer any final questions before you make your decision.
Background Check
All new hires must complete a background check as part of our commitment to compliance and security. Once cleared, you’ll receive your onboarding paperwork and everything you need to get started. From there, it’s go-time and we’ll be right there with you as you step into your new role.
Role Details
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sources, screens, and processes candidates day in and day out. Lives in the trenches of interviews, follow-ups, and pipeline building.

Core Responsibilities:

Source candidates via job boards, referrals, agencies, social media

Conduct first-round interviews and phone screens

Track and update candidate progress in ATS

Manage candidate communications: outreach, scheduling, feedback, next steps

Run pre-hire processes (background checks, drug tests, onboarding paperwork)

Coordinate with HR for handoff once offers are accepted

Flag red flags, ghosting patterns, and patterns in applicant flow
Minimum Requirements:

1–3 years experience in recruiting or HR support

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Able to manage large applicant volumes and repetitive tasks

Familiar with common ATS tools
